Phase 1: Rebrand our organization to make sense in a digital-first world. Phase 2: Redesign our website to be THE hub of tools & resources for the housing industry & support paid membership tiers.

Insight:

Members value the Alliance for its intentional approach to networking that’s effective in fostering professional relationships.

Strategy:

Take full advantage of a gap in the competitor market that plays to our strengths: A community-focused & approachable brand positioning. As we build out the website, all functionality related to events: ticketing, online event portal, agendas, downloads/takeaways, & attendee profile directories will bring the most value to our audience. All other features are secondary.

Impact:

Created a highly customized site that allowed the Alliance’s in-person value to translate online and positioned their brand to fully own networking in the industry.
